BRADLEY FORTE
Vice President, Forté Properties

After attending and graduating from the University of Florida Warrington School of Business in 1997, Brad returned to Madison Circle. He soon was assisting with management, operations and property leasing. Under his management, Madison Circle rose to and has maintained near 100% occupancy.

Companywide, Forté Properties' holdings include commercial, retail, strip malls and residential interests from South Florida north to the Carolinas and New York. Forté Properties also has commercial and residential real estate in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Alongside Forté Properties, Brad's development and investment companies are involved in several residential ventures in Miami, Coconut Grove and up the Florida coast. Projects date back more than a decade and include New Shenandoah single family residential development in Miami and million-dollar residential real estate in Coconut Grove, where his investment and development portfolio continues to expand. To this day, Brad's companies partner with Forté Properties on a project basis.

Brad Forté is a committed philanthropist who volunteers with organizations throughout Miami. Aside from the Rotary Club, he works with the Miami Veterans Administration Healthcare System and Educate Tomorrow, and he is networking with area businesses on future corporate outreach. He is involved with the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and the Miami Chamber of Commerce, volunteers for his young son's elementary school and coaches his youth sports teams.

Bradley K. Forté is the aspiring, third generation leader of a South Florida family-run development and real estate company that has helped shape the region's business landscape.

"Brad" Forté is the son of John Forté, who arrived in Miami with his father and patriarch, Michael, in 1964. John Forté went on to build Forté Towers, a 1,200-unit apartment development that injected new life and much-needed housing into South Beach. Realizing new residents' need for simple retail amenities, John Forté built Forté Market on the Beach, a South Beach grocery store that served the city's needs for years to come.

It was there that Brad got his start in the family business. At 12 years old, Brad began working as a bagboy and shelf stocker – and taking his first steps into the business world.

Over the next decade, Brad was assigned to various learning enhancing positions including Forté Towers and Madison Circle, the family's 130,000-square-foot commercial office building at 3191 Coral Way in Coral Gables. He handled basic maintenance and learned as the management oversaw commercial building operations and tenant relations.
